Hey guys, welcome to another tantric yoga morning routine with me Roxy Fox.
So today we will do very basic exercises from yoga.
We will become more aware and conscious of our bodies and then I will introduce some
exercises to you that will help you with masturbation and sex because it will strengthen your body.
You will learn to have stronger orgasms and also you will learn to control your orgasms
and come when you want to come which is especially important when you have sex.
So this is a very beautiful practice that you should do every morning really.
I have a few other morning routines already but I know that you like to see different
videos and also switch up the practices a little bit so here's a new one.
Sit down if you can on the floor.
This is not masturbation, I don't want you to be all relaxed in your bed.
I want you to sit on a hard surface.
So you can sit on the floor or a yoga mat if you have and then put a cushion under your
butt if your hips are a little bit tight.
And slowly calm yourself down.
Bring your awareness to your body and to your breath and for a moment close your eyes.
So you will look at me enough very soon because you have to like follow my instructions.
We do some physical things as well and we do eye gazing at the end which is a very beautiful
