As you can likely tell, the basic idea behind this game is, that it's taking place in a surreal fever dream, in which everything is related to sexuality.
Gameplay-wise, this will be a jump and run, or you may also call it a platformer or collector-fun.
Very similar to the Super Mario games, Ahead in Time or the Sonic games.
Because of its surreal qualities, you may also compare this game to Alice in Midnight Returns.
