and today I'm going to be doing a full body yoga flow. This is going to be about 10 minutes long,
anyone at any stage of their yoga practice can try and do this. So let's get started.
We're going to start in a standing fold.
So, you'll need to find yourself grounded, your feet hip-width apart, and you're going to slowly fold down from your head.
You want to relax your knees a little bit until you find yourself hanging towards the
floor.
Take a moment to breathe, just feel your body.
You can cross your arms, add a little bit of extra weight to drag you down.
Now we're just going to take a moment, see how we're feeling right now.
And we're slowly going to come around into our downward dog.
Planting your heels on the floor, walking them out, nicely like that.
Now shifting over into a plank and falling through to the toe position.
And tucking your toes at the back, pushing your heels through.
Take a minute to relax.
Walk your hands down, your feet towards your hands.
Lightly starting with a forward fold.
If you're feeling like you can, cross your arms behind your legs.
And stretch.
Move your neck a little bit.
Try and get every part of your body involved.
Okay, so now we're going to come back up, descending.
And repeating.
