Namaste, bitches. Hello. I'm back with another yoga video today and I'm going to be doing

shoulder opening with a bit of wrist warm up and core engagements and finishing with

just some simple hand balancing. We are going to start just going through downward dog as

always coming into a plank. This is going to warm up our wrists. You're going to place

your hands directly under your shoulders. You want to walk out forward, push your armpits

into the floor.

breathe out and as you breathe in, slowly relax, sinking in. You want to slowly bring

yourself up onto your tippy toes, tucking your pelvis in, coming into your plank.

You're going to stay here for one second, rock to the side, come forward, to the left

a little and back. And just do this a couple of times whilst keeping your core engaged.

Now you're going to do one push up. Coming back up and then on the way back down, you're

going to stay down. Always keep that core engaged nicely. And then rock forward, backwards,

to the right, to the centre, to the left. Coming back up into your happy cat. Breathing

in, out. When you breathe out, I want you to really, really arch that back and then

you're going to come back over your ankles, stretch your hands forward. Really, really,
