So I want you to

come down with your legs open as far as you can.

If you can't get all the way down to the ground,

just put a yoga block there.

So you can see the yoga block.

All right.

And it just takes time to open the hips

and to stretch out the quads.

So if you're on the block, I'll show you both ways.

And I'll also show you the version with the yoga wheel.

And you just sit back.

And you're gonna feel this stretch

in the front of the legs.

Bring the feet closer together, as close to you as you can.

And then just kind of walk your hips forward.

And then just slowly stretch back.

Now with your head, you can lower your head back.

You wanna keep your shoulders down and back.

So push them down.

And you can relax your head back here.

And then slowly come up.

And then just feel out how does it feel.

Feel all right now?

You can go a little bit lower maybe.

Come back down to your elbows.

And then just relax the head back.

Keep the core tight.

Slowly come up.

All right, so if you can't do that far,

now is the time to lower down a little bit further.
