Okay, welcome to today's stretch class. So today we're just going to stretch the hamstrings.
So I want you to take your yoga blocks. We're going to use them for support. So just bring
your legs out in front. Flex your feet. We're going to flex and point here. Sit up nice
and tall. Bring your arms up above your head. Flex and point here.
Alright, point and flex. Really fill up your lungs here. Point and flex.
And go slow. Slow and controlled.
And then from here we're going to lean forward and come back up. So it's a little bit of a flow.
Squeeze the core.
And then we're going to come back up.
And last one. We're going to hold this one down. And if you can't get down all the way
to your elbows, use those yoga blocks right here. And just put them under your arms. Squeeze
the core. Feet are flexed. And you're just leaning forward. And then work with each breath.
Allow gravity to pull you forward, keeping everything squeezed here.
Try and move the blocks. And if you're able to, try and put a little flow in there. Keep everything squeezed.
Alright, if you're able to come down further.
And I like to put that little flow in there.
You can really feel your entire spine stretching here, as well as your hamstrings.
And we're going to slowly come back up. Now I want you to open your legs. Open them as far as it feels comfortable.
