Okay, we're going to get the hips flowing this morning
So, drop it back, stretch it to the left and right
Take some nice deep breaths here
To tabletop, we're going to flip the feet up
Lower the pelvis
And round it out

Okay, now we're going to lean forward
Roll the shoulders down and back
And drop it back
Now we're going to bring the right foot forward
Stretch forward, stretch the hip flexor and the left leg
Shoulders down and back
Fingertips, palms, wrists for the hands
Core engaged
Nice deep breathing
Stretch back
Stretch the hamstrings
Back and forth, walk the foot forward, flip the foot
Move the hands back a little bit, drop the head forward
Deep breath in and out, everything is engaged, legs, core, glutes
Lower the head down
Hands switch sides
Spin forward
Squeeze the hip down
Walk the foot forward
Keep the leg engaged, you're going to feel the tightness stretching out of the back leg
Shoulders down and back
Walk the hands forward
Everything engaged, just let the body stretch out here
Come down to pigeon
Flex the foot, almost parallel, you might not be able to get it parallel
But you want to work on that flexibility as you keep doing
