Today we are going to continue our plan. From application it calls heart plan
Probably because of here more exercises and duration of each exercise is longer than normal plan

like this. Our face is usually so silly. So we just place here our fingers and do
some kind of blinking. Then in this way we just little bit stretch our wrinkles
under eyes and near the mouth.
Good job.
It's almost done.
Put your two fingers on your elbows.
Good job.
So, in this exercise, next one, we have to move our eyebrows to the center.
And from here we have to move our skin to the sides.
Like this. Very angry.
Nip your eyebrows so that forehead wrinkles can stretch.
In application showing that I need to use like this two fingers but I don't
feel comfortable with that. That's why I use just two my hands and two fingers
just make a griffon face and then our fingers tell no don't be angry be good
