Well, good morning everybody and welcome to your next video.

Hopefully you guys are feeling a big difference in your body.

You might start feeling in your joints, you might feel a little achy, you might feel,

you'll feel different because your body is starting to move.

So your hip joints are moving and you might feel like I always get on my right hip, I

always get, because that's the side where I'm up more because I'm always up with my

right side.

So it's pulling everything up and when I do my exercises, that's where I feel the area

a little inflammation, a little bit of swelling, a little bit of tenderness.

You just have to keep working through it.

It's a little bit, it's kind of, I guess you have to train yourself to like how your

body feels and you're changing because there's two kinds of pain.

There's pain where you do nothing and everything just gets tighter and tighter and tighter

and you just, you know, you don't want to move because it hurts.

When you start working with your body, you get the pain of everything is opening up and

you're getting swelling, but you're getting blood circulating in it.

And so you can, there's two kinds of pain.

You have to train yourself to get away from the pain that's causing the pain and learn
