and today is our 10th day of GBP Challenge

This is our anniversary! Because of 10 days this is already a big period

and today I would like to tell you at first

what about the results? For these 9 continuous days of trainings

I absolutely lost my headache

because last month I felt that my head is just paining

cannot understand why, my sleeping was not really good

but now I'm sleeping very well

now I don't have any headache, also my teeth pain just gone

and I feel more flexibility in my body

and this is just beginning, just starting of my body

So I invite you and everyone welcome to join my VIP fan club on many leaves

and train together with me

and I'm sure you will get also great results

So today is 10th day and for this 9th day my body pretty much tired

I'm feeling not enough power already to make harder exercises

that's why today will be special training

and this special training about how to train when you tired

Today I'm going to do some stretching of my body

I'm not going to do difficult exercises but I want to stretch my body

so we will do this together with you today

and just follow me

So we will start from beginning from the top of our body

from our head, actually from our neck
