I decided to change the condition of my body - make it more in tonus, make my butt rounded, back straight, become more flexible. For this I started from GPP challenge for 40 days. This is the 1st day.

Hi guys! I'm Julia Vickers and I decided to make my figure much better than I have now.
I know that many of you know that my figure is pretty good. Yes?
Yes, actually I like it too but I have some concerns about my butt. Especially my butt.
Also I need flexibility and so I need to make more toners for my body.
That's why I decided to do my challenge, 40 days challenge where I will train every day.
And I invite you to follow me in this training.
So today we start from basic basic basic things and I will paint my super body.
I will start from warming up my body and then I will continue to some special exercises.
Actually I mix from different techniques and it will be something amazing. I hope so.
It has to change my body completely in better way.
Okay, so first I will work with my neck. And I do circles.
One, two, three. And other side. One, two, three. Yes.
Then I will work with my wrists. One, two, three. One, two, three.
Elbows. One, two, three. One, two, three.
And then I go to down. And one, two, three.
1,2,3 and 1,2,3
Then I go to shoulders. Actually it is pretty boring exercise, but it is necessary to do before each more difficult training.
Because I have to warm up my body, then I will avoid any issues with my joints.
