While recovering from my brain aneurysm I kept stretching, it think it really helped my recovery. If I can do it so can you.

Well, hi.

So I'm doing this video, it's for my recovery

and just to make sure that I actually do stuff every day

because obviously I've been laying on my back for 21 days

with this brain aneurysm.

And I'm not lying, my legs are tight.

So today I'm gonna do some hamstring stretches

and just taking it slow.

I can't go very far and you can see my abdominal here.

That's what they were giving me.

I'm shot while I was in the hospital.

They were doing it on the legs too

but those have kind of healed.

I'm looking out my window,

there's two homing pigeons out there.

Tending for bugs.

A lot of bugs out here in Oklahoma.

A lot of ear wigs.

And because there's no foundation,

well it's like on the foundation,

everything is kind of covered in underneath.

So I found an ear wig this morning.

I'm still trying to get used to living here.

I lost some bum, months ago.

Anyways, the homing pigeons out there are,

are the homing pigeons.

So just gonna go very gently.

I wanna be careful not to raise my heart rate.

Okay, so after just warming up a little bit

and you guys can, you know,

throughout my day I'm squeezing my abdominals

and just holding it tight.

And the other thing that I'm doing

when I'm laying on the bed

is just lifting my legs up like this.
