together and just come forward, deep breath in and stretch forward.
Get a nice deep stretch in the back of the hamstrings and your spine. You can massage your feet gently.
It's just about taking your time and just relaxing.
Don't allow your body to destroy.
and slowly come up. Now I'm going to extend your leg out, bring your foot to your inner thigh,
and you're just going to stretch down and get a good stretch on your side meridian.
Go ahead and stretch the overhead or back.
Both are going to stretch in different areas.
The overhead one stretches your side meridian.
The back one stretches more in the hip area.
Keep your stomach tight.
And you can slowly do some arm circles.
And slowly come up.
and switch sides.
Same thing, extending from down.
Yeah, Mr. Morris.
and slowly come up.
Legs into the center.
And we'll just do one final stretch.
You'll bring your leg down, put the other one on top.
Take a deep breath in and stretch forward.
and switch legs. This is a great stretch to open up your hips.
It can be very intense.
and slowly come up and that's all I have for you guys today. I hope you enjoyed
those stretching and slowly work out your inner thighs, outer thighs. You should start to feel
